ENGLISH FOR TEENAGERS

Teenagers need a good level of English to do well in their school and university entry exams and for their future careers. By the time they finish school, teenagers should be effective independent users of the language.

This means that they:

•  Have a high degree of competence and self-confidence in all aspects of the language

•  Have a vocabulary of 5.000 words and expressions

•  Can effectively use all of the main grammar structures of the language

•  Have fluent listening and reading skills

•  Have fully developed writing and reading skills

Having a native teacher is essential if teenagers are to acquire correct pronunciation and learn how to speak English naturally.

Cambridge School offers teenagers enjoyable classes with serious objectives. Our students get much better marks at school than they otherwise would and after just a few years' consistent study with us they have a proficiency in English years ahead of their peers.

Over the course of the last 20 years, Cambridge School has successfully prepared thousands of students for the KET, PET and First Certificate exams. Many of our fully qualified, native teachers are official examiners for these exams and our specialised exam preparation courses have earned an unrivalled reputation for excellence in the Vallès Oriental.

Whether teenagers are struggling with English at school or have a good level that they want to further improve, Cambridge School has a programme to suit their needs.
